Every Stobbi is made in small batches from solid wood, so a little patience means a piece that is finished properly and built to last. Here is what to expect from order to doorstep.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within a few business days. During launch periods or made-to-order runs, timing may be a little longer, and we will always keep you posted.
Shipping within the United States is free. Any applicable duties or taxes for other destinations are the responsibility of the recipient.
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking so you can follow your new friend all the way home.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has left us, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
